The Family Educational Rights
and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) is a federal law that limits the
amount of information that can be released about students without their
specific written permission.

To access BroncoWeb,
go to
http://broncoweb.boisestate.edu/. Click on the Login
to BroncoWeb link. This screen will prompt you for your
Username and Password. You should have received notice
of these from HR at the time of your hire. If you are an
instructor that is not paid by Boise State, you should have received
this information from the Registrar’s Office shortly after being
assigned as the instructor of a class.
Help
If you do not know
your Username or Password, please call the BroncoWeb Help Line at
426-BWEB (2932) and choose option 4, or you can contact the Campus Help
Desk directly at 426-HELP (4357).
Once you have
successfully logged in, click on the Faculty/Staff/Advisor link.
If you do not have this option, contact the Campus Help Desk at 426-HELP
(4357).
By virtue of being
an instructor, you should have access to all links on the left side of the
Faculty/Staff/Advisor page.
To obtain access to
the student data on the right side
of this page, you must fill out an
OIT Account Request Formand
request Self-Service General Inquiry.
