Note: This query request form is for Boise State University faculty/staff use only.

Please plan on a minimum of 2-business days turnaround depending on resources, time of year, and the complexity of your query request. Please be as thorough as possible when defining your criteria; requests for clarification will delay your results. All report output will be provided electronically via email in Excel format.

***All mass e-mails must have prior approval from the VP of Student Affairs. Mass e-mail is defined as e-mail sent to more than 50 students. The only exceptions are when more than 50 students are enrolled in a single class or are all one major. Please refer to Guidelines for Sending Mass E-mail to Students. Please note - Query requests that return more than 50 BroncoMail addresses will not be delivered until you have received approval from the VP's office.
